Activité biologique
DSPE-PEG3400, as a component of PDT biomimetic liposomes (PB Lipo), contributes to the formation of stable, biocompatible liposomes with efficient ICG encapsulation, sustained drug release, and laser-triggered accelerated ICG release[1].
DSPE-PEG3400 stabilized poly-TTG-SS nanoparticles are taken up by human prostate cancer C4-2 cells in a time-dependent manner, with increasing intracellular accumulation observed from 1 h to 6 h of incubation[2].
