Fenalcomine
Fenalcomine is an orally active phenethylamine derivative with antianginal activity. Fenalcomine reduces myocardial oxygen consumption, and increases cardiac output and coronary blood flow. Fenalcomine is suitable for angina models complicated by hypertension, diabetes, and old myocardial infarction. Fenalcomine can be used in studies related to angina pectoris.
