Biological Activity: Desaspidin is an oxidative phosphorylation inhibitor and photophosphorylation inhibitor. Desaspidin uncouples mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation, multiple chloroplast photophosphorylation pathways, and ATP synthesis linked to non-cyclic NADP reduction. Desaspidin can be used for the research of anthelmintic agent[1][2][3].
