Biological Activity: Junceellolide C is a transcription inhibitor of cccDNA. Junceellolide C inhibits HBV DNA replication and significantly decreases the level of supernatant HBV RNA with EC50 values of 5.19, 3.52 μM respectively in HepAD38 cells. Junceellolide C is a potent anti-HBV agent[1].
