Biological Activity: ORS-14 is a LILRB4/ILT3 ligand with a Kd of 85.2 nM for human receptors. ORS-14 blocks SCG2-mediated LILRB4 signaling pathway, reverses SCG2-mediated immunosuppression, restores cytokine production, reduces tumor cell viability, recovers cytotoxic T cell function, and increases the frequency of granzyme B+ CD8+ T cells. ORS-14 can be used in research related to colorectal cancer and acute myeloid leukemia[1].
