Biological Activity: FITC-Tuftsin is a fluorescent probe and a Tuftsin (HY-P0240) receptor ligand that enters macrophages via receptor-mediated internalization, and its uptake is enhanced under Lipopolysaccharides, from E. coli O111:B4 (LPS) (HY-D1056A1)-stimulated macrophage activation. FITC-Tuftsin is used for the study of macrophage-mediated inflammation[1].
