FITC-Tuftsin
FITC-Tuftsin is a fluorescent probe and a Tuftsin (HY-P0240) receptor ligand that enters macrophages via receptor-mediated internalization, and its uptake is enhanced under Lipopolysaccharides, from E. coli O111:B4 (LPS) (HY-D1056A1)-stimulated macrophage activation. FITC-Tuftsin is used for the study of macrophage-mediated inflammation.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
FITC-Tuftsin (0.5-10 μM; 30 min) is internalized/bound by macrophages through the tuftsin receptor mechanism in a concentration-dependent manner, with LPS stimulation augmenting this capture by activated macrophages[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
