The IC50 values of Wrightiadione against TrkA and PLK3 are 55.8 μM and 9.0 μM, respectively. Wrightiadione is found in the dried bark of Wrightia tomentosa. Wrightiadione can be used in studies of leukemia, kinase inhibition and cancer-related signaling pathways[1].
