Biological Activity: Lefradafiban (BIBU-104) is an orally effective glycoprotein IIb/IIIa receptor blocker. The active metabolite of Lefradafiban, Fradafiban (HY-101720), blocks the platelet glycoprotein IIb/IIIa receptor and inhibits fibrinogen-mediated platelet aggregation. Lefradafiban can be used in research on stable coronary artery disease, unstable angina, or myocardial infarction[1][2].
