Biological Activity: Estriol 3-glucuronide (Estriol 3-β-D-Glucuronide) sodium salt is a metabolite of Estriol. Estriol 3-glucuronide sodium salt competitively inhibits the hydrolysis of 4-methylumbelliferyl-β-D-glucuronide (4Mu-GlcU). Estriol 3-glucuronide sodium salt is a substrate for hydrolysis by Klotho-human IgG1 Fc protein (KLFc)[1].
