Biological Activity: Diroximel fumarate (ALKS 8700) is an orally-active and well-tolerated monomethyl fumarate (MMF) proagent in a controlled-release formulation. Diroximel fumarate is considered as active equivalent to its active metabolite dimethyl fumarate (DMF).
