FH-A 6357. 6-Epi-albassitriol inhibits the cholesterol synthesis with an inhibition rate of 40% at a concentration of 10 nM in HepG2. 6-Epi-albassitriol exhibits antiviral activity against influenza A virus and parainfluenza virus with MIC of 44.4-133.3 µg/mL[1].
