Biological Activity: Gluconapin (3-Butenyl glucosinolate) is an orally active aliphatic glucosinolate and also a flavor modifier. Gluconapin inhibits the elevation of plasma triglyceride levels in mice. Gluconapin also exhibits certain antibacterial activity[1][2][3].
