Lonaprisan exhibits antiprogestagenic activity in rabbits, interrupts early pregnancy in rats, and exhibits antitumor efficacy against DMBA (HY-W011845)-induced mammary tumor. Lonaprisan reveals antiglucocorticoid and antiandrogenic effect[1].
