Biological Activity: Sasanlimab is a humanized IgG4 isotype anti-PD-1 antibody. Sasanlimab blocks PD-1 interaction with PD-L1/PD-L2, reverses PD-1-mediated inhibitory T-cell signaling, augments T-cell proliferation and cytokine production. Sasanlimab inhibits colon adenocarcinoma tumor growth, and accelerates graft-versus-host disease incidence via enhanced T-cell activity. Sasanlimab can be used for the research of cancer, such as bladder cancer and colon adenocarcinoma[1][2].
