(-)-Epigallocatechin-3-O-(4-O-methyl)gallate can inhibit histamine release and exhibits anti-inflammation and anti-allergic effect. (-)-Epigallocatechin-3-O-(4-O-methyl)gallate can be used for the researches of immunology and inflammation, such as type I allergic[1].
