Biological Activity: Epiyangambin is a competitive platelet activating factor receptor (PAF) antagonist that dose-dependently inhibits PAF-induced platelet aggregation. Epiyangambin also inhibits the growth of human colon cancer cells (SW480 cells)[1][2].
