Biological Activity: PROTAC HSP90 degrader BP3 is a potent and selective degradation of HSP90 in a CRBN-dependent fashion. PROTAC HSP90 degrader BP3 has a certain degradation effect on HSP90 protein in MCF-7 cells (DC50=0.99 μM). PROTAC HSP90 degrader BP3 inhibits the growth of breast cancer cell[1]. PROTAC HSP90 degrader BP3 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
