Antioxidant agent-22 significantly upregulates CAT, SOD, caspase-3 and IL-6 expression, suppresses GSH, IL-1β, and reduces BCL-2 and BAX levels. Antioxidant agent-22 can be used for the research of cancer, such as lung cancer[1].
