Biological Activity: TRAP1-IN-2 (compound 36) is a selective degrader of TRAP1 downstream proteins without affecting Hsp90's cytoplasmic downstream proteins. TRAP1-IN-2 also inhibits OXPHOS and alters cellular glycolysis metabolism. TRAP1-IN-2 destabilizes TRAP1 tetramers and disrupts mitochondrial membrane potential.
