Biological Activity: R-HP210 acts on the NF-κB mediated tethered transrepression function (IC50=3.80 μM). R-HP210 represses the LPS-induced transcription of a variety of proinflammatory genes such as IL-1β, IL-6 and COX-2. R-HP210 does not induce the transactivation functions of Glucocorticoids (GCs)[1].
