Biological Activity: Aromatase-IN-1 is a competitive aromatase (P450arom) inhibitor with a human IC50 of 40 nM and a Ki of 1.05 nM. Aromatase-IN-1 binds via coordination of imidazole nitrogen to the heme iron of aromatase. Aromatase-IN-1 can be used for the research of breast cancer[1].
