Aromatase-IN-1
Aromatase-IN-1 is a competitive aromatase (P450arom) inhibitor with a human IC50 of 40 nM and a Ki of 1.05 nM. Aromatase-IN-1 binds via coordination of imidazole nitrogen to the heme iron of aromatase. Aromatase-IN-1 can be used for the research of breast cancer.

Biological Activity
Aromatase-IN-1 (Compound 22e) (0.040-25 μM) potently inhibits human placental aromatase with an IC50 of 0.040 μM and a Ki of 1.05 nM, achieving 99% inhibition at 25 μM[1].
Aromatase-IN-1 (2.5 μM) shows only marginal inhibition of human testicular P450 17, with 4% inhibition at 2.5 μM[1].
