Sodium glycocholate hydrate, 98% inhibits multidrug resistance and efflux pumps, induces mitochondrial apoptosis, and enhances chemosensitivity. Sodium glycocholate hydrate, 98% modulates related bile acid receptor signaling. Sodium glycocholate hydrate, 98% suppresses growth and conjugation of Enterobacteriaceae and increases their antibiotic susceptibility.
