Biological Activity: Isoglobotriaose (Gala-3Galb-4Glc) is a glycosphingolipid found in mammalian tissues. Isoglobotriaose is an analogue of Globotriaose, the ganglioside derivatives of them locate in difference position of small intestine, isoglobotriaosylceramide is restricted to the nonepithelial residue, while globotriaosylceramide is in both compartments[1][2].
