Biological Activity: Inositol 4-phosphate (IP1) is an inositol monophosphate isomer derived from the dephosphorylation of I(1,4)P2. Inositol 4-phosphate increases rapidly in GH3 cells after thyrotropin-releasing hormone stimulation. Inositol 4-phosphate can be used in glioma-related research[1][2].
