Biological Activity: Nitrocaphane (At-1258) is an antineoplastic agent whose target of action is DNA. Nitrocaphane has a broad antineoplastic spectrum. Nitrocaphane's cytotoxicity on HEp-2 cells can be enhanced by hyperthermia. Nitrocaphane can be used in the research of tumors such as malignant trophoblastic tumors[1][2].
