Biological Activity: Isopongaflavone is an isoflavone that can be isolated from the seedpods of Tephrosia vogelii with anti-inflammatory effects. Isopongaflavone suppresses the secretion of IL-1β, IFN-γ, granulocyte macrophage-colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) and TNF-α in LPS (HY-D1056)-stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs)[1].
