Biological Activity: 2-Deoxy-2-fluoro-L-fucose, an L-fucose analog, is a fucosylation inhibitor. 2-Deoxy-2-fluoro-L-fucose inhibits de novo synthesis of GDP-fucose in mammalian cells.
