AR ligand-49

AR ligand-49 (Compound 4q) is a dual ligand for the adenosine A_2A receptor (A_2AAR) and the A₃ receptor (A₃AR). Its K_i values are 15 and 4.5 nM respectively. AR ligand-49 exhibits reverse agonistic activity at hA_2AAR and antagonistic activity at hA₃AR. AR ligand-49 can be used for the study of the design and development of adenosine receptor ligands.
