Frovocimab (LY 3015014) is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody (mAb) that neutralizes PCSK9. Frovocimab inhibits PCSK9 binding to LDL receptor (LDLR) while permitting the normal proteolytic cleavage of the bound intact PCSK9.

    Immobilized PCSK9 Protein, Human (HEK293, C-His, HY-P70545A) can bind Frovocimab. The EC50 for this effect is 2.837 ng/mL.

    Flow Cytometry analysis of Hela cells labelling PCSK9 (red) with Frovocimab (anti-PCSK9) (HY-P99626). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then cells were stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
