(Z)-Broparestrol is a prostaglandin synthetase inhibitor with an IC50 of 7.0 μM in cattle. (Z)-Broparestrol inhibits prostaglandin synthetase activity in bovine seminal vesicle microsomes. (Z)-Broparestrol is applicable for acne-related research.
