EOS34295
EOS34295 is a dipeptidyl peptidase-IV (DPP-IV) inhibitor predicted to have oral activity. EOS34295 competitively binds to key residues in the active site of DPP-IV, inhibiting its enzymatic activity and blocking the degradation of incretins such as GLP-1/GIP, ultimately promoting insulin release to improve glycemic control. EOS34295 can be used in the study of type 2 diabetes.
