HBV-IN-30
HBV-IN-30 (ex44), a flavone derivative, is a potent covalently closed circular DNA (cccDNA) inhibitor. cccDNA serves as the template for viral RNA transcription and subsequent viral DNA generation. HBV-IN-30 has the potential for the research of HBV infection.

Biological Activity
HBV-IN-30 (ex44; 24 h) inhibits HBeAg levels and cell viability with an IC50 value of 0.57 μM in HepDES19 cells. HepDES19 is the cell line that produces cccDNA[1].
HBV-IN-30 (5 days) decreases cccDNA levels in HepDES19 cells in a dose-dependent manner[1].
HBV-IN-30 (9 days; primary human hepatocyte (PHH)) has anti-HBV effect and inhibits HBeAg with an IC50 value of 0.04 μM[1].
