Insecticidal agent 43
Insecticidal agent 43 is an insecticide derived from Celangulin V (HY-N7202) that targets the V-ATPase H subunit of Mythimna separata. Insecticidal agent 43 exhibits stomach toxicity toward the 3rd-instar larvae of Mythimna separata and demonstrates insecticidal activity. Insecticidal agent 43 can be used in research related to pest control.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
Insecticidal agent 43 (compound 6.16) and Celangulin V (HY-N7202) bind to the same active pocket on the V-ATPase subunit H of Mythimna separata, and can interact with the unique residue Asn231 as well as the common residues Ser331 and Arg333, indicating that both agents share a common molecular target[1].
