ISRACT-02
ISRACT-02 is a eIF2B modulator. The Kd values of ISRACT-02 for eIF2BWT and eIF2BΔ-latch are 174 nM and 385 nM, respectively. Depending on the conformation of its amide bond (trans or cis), ISRACT-02 binds to and stabilizes the inactive conformation (I-state) or active conformation (A-state) of eIF2B, respectively. ISRACT-02 can be used in studies related to leukodystrophy, Alzheimer's disease, traumatic brain injury, and Down syndrome.

ISRACT-02 (at a molar ratio of 15:1 to eIF2BΔ-latch decamer; 30 min) is an A-state biased modulator that stabilizes either the inactive I-state or active A-state of the eIF2BΔ-latch decamer depending on its amide bond isomerization state[1].
FAM-ISRACT-02 (2.5 nM; 30 min) exhibits higher binding affinity to the active state A eIF2BWT decamer than to the inactive state I eIF2BΔ-latch decamer, with corresponding Kd values of 174 nM and 385 nM[1].
