Nicoxamat (compound IIa) inhibits the proliferation of HCV full-length genomic replicons in Huh7 luc/neo cells, with an EC50 of 25 μM, a CC50 of 450 μM, and a selectivity index of 18[1].
Nicoxamat (20-100 μM) induces concentration-dependent hyperacetylation of α-tubulin in Huh7-luc/neo cells[1].
Nicoxamat (100 μM; 72 h) does not induce significant histone H3 acetylation in Huh7-luc/neo cells, indicating its selectivity for class I HDACs[1].
Nicoxamat (0-100 μM) exhibits concentration-dependent inhibition of HCV replicon and HDAC6 inhibitory activity in Huh7-luc/neo cells, with its HCV inhibitory activity being stronger than HDAC6 inhibitory activity at low concentrations[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
