JOE phosphoramidite, 5-isomer is a derivative of JOE (dimethoxy-dichloro-carboxyfluorescein) containing a phosphoramidite moiety, used for oligonucleotide synthesis. JOE phosphoramidite, 5-isomer is primarily used in the synthesis of fluorescent oligonucleotide probes (Ex/Em = 520/548 nm).
