体外実験

501A054 (Compound 3o) (4 h) potently activates autophagy in HeLa cells stably expressing eGFP-LC3, with an EC₅₀ of 2.3 μM^[1].
501A054 (16-32 μM; 4-24 h) induces autophagy-dependent perinuclear vacuole formation in eGFP-LC3 HeLa cells after treatment with 16 μM for 4 h^[1].
