This product can hydrolyze creatine and is used in the development and preparation of enzymatic creatinine reagents.

Optimum: pH 7.5
Optimum temperature: 45-50°C
pH stability 4.5-10.0 (25°C, 16 h)
Instructions
Can be dissolved in water (1 mg/mL), or according to specific experimental references (such as using 50 mM PBS, pH 7.5).
