Fenalcomine hydrochloride alleviates related symptoms of angina pectoris models; it produces equivalent alleviating effects on angina pectoris models complicated with hypertension, diabetes mellitus and old myocardial infarction, and does not induce abnormal fluctuations in blood routine, liver and kidney function, blood lipid, electrolyte and blood glucose indicators of the test system^[1].
Fenalcomine hydrochloride reduces myocardial oxygen consumption, increases cardiac output and coronary blood flow, exerts no inhibitory effect on myocardial contraction, and does not interfere with the respiratory metabolism of cardiomyocytes^[1].
