In Vivo

Lipid M (50 μL containing 2 μg of luciferase mRNA formulated in LNPs, i.m.) is followed by rapid clearance in muscle, spleen and liver in CD-1 mice^[1].
Lipid M (300 μL containing 500 μg IgG mRNA formulated in LNPs, i.m.) yields serum antibody expression comparable to that of MC3-based LNPs in cynomolgus monkeys^[1].
