LP-003

LP-003 is an anti-IgE antibody that binds free human IgE with a K_d of 2.08 pM. LP-003 blocks the interaction of IgE with FcεRI and CD23, thereby preventing IgE-mediated signaling. LP-003 binds FcRn at acidic pH, reducing clearance and prolonging exposure. LP-003 inhibits IgE-mediated reporter gene expression. LP-003 can be used for research on seasonal allergic rhinitis.
