Mal-PEG20000-OH can be used as a macroinitiator to obtain amphiphilic diblock copolymers through ring-opening polymerization of Lactate (Lactic Acid) (HY-B2227). Nanoparticles prepared using amphiphilic block copolymers can form active drug delivery systems.
