Biological Activity
MMT-hexylaminolinker phosphoramidite can introduce a C6 amino linker protected by MMT at the 5' end of the oligonucleotide, facilitating the subsequent deprotection and coupling of functional groups such as dyes and biotin after the reaction[1][2].
