Moponetug (PRX-005), an anti-microtubule binding region (MTBR) tau monoclonal antibody, is a humanized monoclonal tri-epitopic antibody. Moponetug binds with high affinity to the R1, R2, and R3 repeats in the MTBR region of tau, and targets both 3R and 4R tau isoforms. Moponetug can be used for the study of Alzheimer’s disease.
