Biological Activity
Guide (The following is our recommended solution. This solution merely provides guidance; it should be modified according to your specific needs.)
Preparation: Prepare a 1% dye aqueous solution. Heat gently to ensure complete dissolution of the dye, and filter the solution before use.
Staining: The slides of cells or tissues are heat-fixed, and then they are stained in the staining solution at 55°C for 10 minutes.
Differentiation: Rinse the slides with water to remove excess dye, and then rinse them for 1 minute with an 8% acetic acid aqueous solution for differentiation.
Observation: After rinsing with water again and drying, use a transmitted fluorescence microscope (excitation wavelength ≈ 400 nm) for observation. Bright orange fluorescent particles can be seen.
