In Vitro

Palmitoleoyl 3-carbacyclic phosphatidic acid (3 μM, 22 h) significantly attenuated (81%) the ATX- and LPC-induced invasion of A2058 cells^[1].

Palmitoleoyl 3-carbacyclic phosphatidic acid (250 μg/kg, i.p., 15 min and 48 h after the i.v. of 5 × 10⁵ B16F10 melanoma cells per mouse) blocks 1/3 of the lung metastasis of melanoma cells (37±10 tumors) compared with vehicle control (57±14 tumors)^[1].
