Biological Activity
Pks13-IN-3 (B23) potently inhibits Pks13-TE with an IC50 of 1.12 μM[1].
Pks13-IN-3 has reduced hERG channel inhibition, with an IC50 greater than 10 μM in HEK293 cells[1].
Pks13-IN-3 has a favorable safety profile, with CC50 values greater than 100 μM in HepG2 and Vero cells, and greater than 50 μM in 293T cells[1].
