PLGA-PEG-PLGA (hydrogel) (LA:GA 7:1) (15% solution)
PLGA-PEG-PLGA (hydrogel) (LA:GA 7:1) (15% solution) is a biodegradable thermosensitive hydrogel product that can undergo phase transition at a specific temperature. PLGA-PEG-PLGA (hydrogel) (LA:GA 7:1) (15% solution) can be widely used in drug delivery systems, tissue engineering, wound dressings, and biosensors. The gelation temperature varies with concentration. The gelation temperature varies with the concentration; the higher the concentration, the lower the gelation temperature.

Biological Activity
Performance: Can gel repeatedly with temperature changes. A colorless to slightly yellowish transparent solution at room temperature and a milky white gel at body temperature.
Concentration: 15 wt%
Gelation Temperature: 32-34°C
Generally, a 200 μL 20% concentration hydrogel solution can gel at 33°C for 20 min. If the experimental volume or experimental conditions change, it is recommended to appropriately extend the incubation time.
